There’s more to life than meets the eye.

There is more to you than you know.

The next day in class I was so excited to share my magazine experiment with the group. They all seemed interested and so did our leader, Russell Targ. Since taking that class, I occasionally pick up a magazine and hold the intention of seeing what is on the page before I open to a random page. Yes, I do see images in my mind’s eye that are on the pages. This exercise never fails to give me goosebumps.

We moved on to learning about remote viewing the past, present and future. We had already viewed the past and present, but how can we view the future? Russell explained some of the experiments he used with trading on the silver market and remote viewing what the price of silver would do from day to day and how to invest in the market. Eight out of eight times his team made correct predictions on the price of silver. Eight out of eight times they made money on their investments.

One important thing to mention here: remote viewing can be used to predict the future, when you do it from a place of inquiry and scientific experimentation. However, when greed comes in to the experiment and you wish to use this ability to know how to correctly win a bet in Las Vegas, remote viewing will not work. Russell Targ proved this to himself and so did I, when I tried to remote view which slot machine I should play at a casino to win big bucks (only to leave with empty pockets).

Russell told us that time and space are just illusions. There is nothing real about it. There are only moments of now, which are made up of all the experiences that have ever happened to everyone, everywhere. It was very hard for me to understand this at the time, so if you aren’t getting it, it’s okay. I get it now, because I can imagine the atoms bouncing around in the boulder, like I spoke of in chapter 6. You will understand it more fully in time.

The final exercise we did in class was to remote view the future. Russell had two bags, each containing some kind of unique object. He told us that in 15 minutes he would flip a coin that would determine which bag was to be opened. However, we were to remote view the contents of the correct bag before the coin was tossed! I remember The Voice telling me this was impossible, but I continued to pay attention to the instructions.

Out came my notebook and I closed my eyes, holding the intention of seeing the object that would come out of the bag in 15 minutes time. The first thing I saw was a round ball, about the size of a tennis ball. It was dark brown, like a belt made of leather. “No, not a ball, more like a hockey puck,” I thought. A couple of random images came to mind … teeth, a lemon, then a woman’s stretchy bracelet.
